Order Policies

Billing and Shipping Information:
To protect against fraud, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders. Orders with mismatched information may be subject to cancellation.

Domestic Orders (Canada & USA):
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking will be provided via email once your order ships.

International Orders (Europe, Asia, etc.):
International orders may take up to 15 business days or longer, depending on your country’s customs processing times. Please be aware that delays are possible due to international shipping conditions.

P.O. Box Shipping:
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking details, typically with 5-7 business days after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance.

Duties and Customs Fees:
International customers may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay such fees will result in the loss of the order, and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final, and client-initiated cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for defective products or errors with your order. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues. If the issue is on our end, you are eligible for a free exchange. If you choose a refund instead, approved refunds on uncustomized orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and processed within 7–10 business days. All custom units (including coloring, cutting, bleaching knots, plucking, or styling)  will be subject to a 35% restocking and service fee to cover customization, labor, and materials. The unit must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered after delivery).

Package Liability:
Kingdom Krowns is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

Chargebacks Policy:
We are committed to resolving any issues you may have with your order. By purchasing from Kingdom Krowns, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Shipping Delays:
If there are any delays with your shipment, we will notify you via email or text message. Kingdom Krowns is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Photo Publication:
By receiving our services or submitting photos, you agree that Kingdom Krowns may use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Photo Usage Agreement:
By submitting photos or allowing us to use photos from your appointment, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes. You understand that Kingdom Krowns may profit from the use of your photos, and no payment will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon. If you wish to opt-out of this agreement, please contact us prior to your service.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After this time, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Shipping Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately if changes are needed, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Order Communication Policy:

By placing an order with Kingdom Krowns, you agree to receive essential communication regarding your purchase. This includes updates such as order confirmations, customization details, photos/videos of your unit, and shipping/tracking information. These communications may be sent via email or text message to ensure your order is processed accurately and delivered smoothly. If you choose to opt out of marketing messages, you will still receive transactional updates related to your order only. We respect your preferences and will never send promotional content unless you have explicitly subscribed. For the best experience, we recommend keeping communication channels open until your order has been successfully delivered.
